When Alex and I started working together, he wasn’t someone who slacked off.

On the contrary — he worked hard, pushed himself, and left everything on the gym floor.

But hard work without direction? That only gives you one thing: stagnation, frustration, and the feeling that “you’re just not good enough.”

And Alex had no idea that having a coach could change everything… until he tried it.

And then we started building from the ground up.

When Lukáš and I started working together, he was going to the gym 6 times a week, working like a beast, but the results weren't coming as fast as he wanted.


You're asking, what did we change?


Let's fast forward 6 months into the future. The difference and Lukáš's progress is incredible. (you can check out my Instagram profile and see what a journey we've walked together so far).


Luky's problem wasn't that he didn't try hard enough. Quite the opposite. He was leaving his heart in the gym.. BUT...


What was a problem for Lukáš:
1. Properly structuring training, its volume and intensity
2. Setting up a meal plan that he would want to follow and that would bring him the desired results
3. Resting, Communicating


Together, we implemented everything mentioned above. We gave his TRAINING meaning, we learned to use his ability to grind, together with performing exercises effectively for muscle growth and fat loss.


We set up his MEAL PLANs o that he looked forward to every meal, and Luke ate primarily his favorite foods.

We also taught Lukáš to REST, and take time off from training. For a large part of our collaboration, Lukáš trained only 4/5 times a week.

We also had to work on COMMUNICATION, he gave me evaluations of his day, week, and together we found the right solutions that finally moved him to a new level.

From the beginning, I knew that if I was going into this, I wanted to do everything to the fullest. Consistency, discipline, and trust in the process were the foundation of the entire collaboration.

 

The goal was clear – to become an IFBB Pro. At every step, we worked systematically and without unnecessary shortcuts, which paid off. Already in our first competitive season, we managed to achieve this goal.

 

However, I see getting the Pro card as just the beginning. Now we have space to continue working, improve details, and prepare for the next step.

 

We are planning for the pro debut in late 2026, approaching it with calm, a clear structure, and a long-term vision.

When we started working with Karel, I wasn't in shape and knew I had significant room for improvement.

Gradually, we implemented a system and reached the point where I won my class at an NPC show.

Our goal is clear: to improve my upper body and move step by step toward the Pro Card. We are on a mission.

After the competition, we didn't switch to a 'let's see what happens' mode, but immediately transitioned into a structured gaining phase, where we constantly address performance and recovery above all. Karel's approach gives me the certainty that I am progressing consistently and for the long term.
